Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience in perioperative care and be proficient in scrubbing and circulating. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and recovery
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
  • 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in the Operating Room
  • Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating
  • Experience with ophthalmology (eye) cases, including cataract and retina procedures
  • DaVinci Xi robot experience preferred
Benefits:
  • $62 hourly rate
  • $2,480 weekly gross
  • $1,029 weekly housing allowance
  • $483 weekly meals allowance
  • $3,992 weekly gross
  • $600 sign-on bonus after 3rd week of work

Please note that all RTO and scheduling requests must be included with submission, and any additional scheduling requests after start can only be accommodated through an equal swap of shifts with another Agency RN.
