Position: Trauma Care Registered Nurse (Various Shifts Available)

United Health Services is in search of a dedicated Trauma Care Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Emergency Department team. This role is situated within our esteemed healthcare facility, where we prioritize exceptional patient care.

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts of 12 hours, including:
- Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Evening Shift: 3 PM - 3 AM
- Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Every third weekend and rotating holidays

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage starting at $59.38, commensurate with experience.

Overview:
Our Emergency Department features a 15-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3, enabling you to provide focused and compassionate care during critical moments. You will be supported by a collaborative team, including LPNs, Mental Health Assistants, and Peer Advocates, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Orientation and Training:
Your orientation will be tailored to your individual experience, promoting a seamless integration into our team. Continuous learning is encouraged through peer evaluations, mentorship from experienced charge nurses, and daily team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct patient assessments and triage
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses
- Perform emergency interventions as necessary
- Educate and advocate for patients and their families
- Maintain precise patient documentation

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- PALS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
