Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform grinding operations such as O/D, I/D, boring, and facing.
  • Follow quality and safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work from blueprints, process sheets, and tooling instructions to identify component specifications.
  • Enter data into the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications and complete required documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine setup and operation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
