Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team at Ascend Wellness Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of operational integrity.

• Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring customers have a positive and informed experience in our dispensary.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring all sales floor displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience: Retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Basic computer skills and knowledge of cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus.
