Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Summerdale, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and professionalism.
- Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification before the end of the orientation period.
