Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the NICU, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a NICU setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
