In this role, you will work collaboratively with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns affecting children and adolescents.

About the Job:
This challenging and rewarding position requires a deep understanding of child development and mental health principles. As a Pediatric Behavioral Health Specialist, you will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will encompass assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify patients requiring behavioral health services and develop targeted interventions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, group therapies, and family therapies to support patients' overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.

What We Offer:
