Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent full-time RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
