Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings preferred
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
