Job Description: Quality Analysis Engineer

As a Quality Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for overall quality activities pertaining to White Body & Sellable Units. This includes evaluating part and weld comp accuracy condition relative to white body and CBU quality results, supporting in-house equipment verification, and confirming equipment and part accuracy as needed. You will also use portable CMM to collect and analyze data for problem investigation, including WB, Comps, and part level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating part and weld comp accuracy condition relative to white body and CBU quality results.
  • Supporting in-house equipment verification, Part fit confirmation for Quality Maturation.
  • Confirming equipment and part accuracy as needed, by CMM.
  • Using portable CMM to collect and analyze data for problem investigation, including WB, Comps, and part level.
  • Part fit analysis, including data collection and summary.
  • Problem tracking development/Countermeasure implementation with follow-up plan (PDCA).
  • Responding to White Body Accuracy issues that impair in-house, downstream customer's ability to complete their process.
  • Supporting coordination of containment of not conforming weld production.
  • Supporting New Model Body Quality Maturation, as needed, including OT, weekends, and off shifts.
  • Supporting process installation and equipment repair, maintenance, and modification to ensure consistent quality product.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with 0-6 years of experience based on education, holding a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or MET. Desired skills include Microsoft Office skills and basic fabrication skills.
