We are currently offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus due to the urgent service needs of the communities we support.
This position involves being a vital member of the Assertive Community Treatment team, delivering both individual and group therapy to clients in various settings, including community locations and office environments. The therapist will also be responsible for providing triage services during open access hours as necessary. It is essential for the therapist to work collaboratively within a trans-disciplinary team and evaluate the suitability and readiness of referrals for counseling services.
This is a full-time position eligible for benefits, with a schedule from Monday to Friday. Flexibility for on-call duties is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with agency and state regulations.
- Possess knowledge of utilization management criteria.
- Ensure adherence to established customer care standards.
- Deliver culturally sensitive services tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families.
- Develop wellness plans in collaboration with clients.
- Be informed about other human and social services for referral purposes when necessary.
- Collaborate with various human and social services to provide holistic support to clients.
- Offer on-call crisis intervention during evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotating basis.
- Provide supervision for licensure, if applicable.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, along with a valid PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, or LMFT license in Missouri. A working knowledge of DSM-5 is also required.
