Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at LC Industries. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling metal or plastic products, working at a bench or on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal or plastic products, partially or completely, using various fasteners and tools.
  • Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled.
  • Operate drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operations.
  • Notify the department supervisor or quality control personnel when there is a problem with quality.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Report potential safety problems to the department supervisor and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
Working Conditions

The Assembly Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
