Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical history and physical examinations, to diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication orders and follow-up care.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients, including guidance on health hazards, good health habits, and family planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Board certification from a certified Physician Assistant program.
- Current medical license to practice in the State of California, including DEA license and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred.
