About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Catheterization Laboratory team at AdventHealth Carrollwood. As a Cath Lab Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, individualized patient care in the Cath Lab, IR Lab, Cath/IR Recovery, and Non-Invasive areas.
  • Act as the Lead RN in either Cath Lab, IR, or Non-Invasive Cardiology, responsible for the monthly work and call schedule for their respective departments.
  • Maintain the daily schedules for their respective departments and ordering of supplies.
  • Responsible for orientation of new staff and checking off staff for annual competencies.
  • Collect and maintain PI data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an RN.
  • Critical Care Experience of more than 1 year.
  • Prior experience in IR, Cath Lab, or Critical Care experience.
  • Current FL RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS.
