Job OverviewCS Beef Packers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Harvest Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing carcasses for further processing, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare carcasses for processing by cutting, trimming, skinning, sorting, and washing.
  • Operate various tools and machinery, including knives, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict food safety and quality control protocols.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects, up to 80 pounds.
Requirements
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a hot and humid environment.
