Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team at ABC Supply Co. as a Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of exterior and interior building products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver building materials to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Conduct thorough load checks to ensure all materials are securely loaded and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work with the Delivery Material Handler to unload materials and complete delivery tasks
  • Document every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone system
  • Complete and file all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Minimum of 2 years' CDL driving experience
  • Ability to lift 70-pound bundles of shingles repeatedly
  • Ability and willingness to work on rooftops (must not have fear of heights)
  • Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required
