Assistant Store Manager Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, facility maintenance, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and training to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with district managers to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including facility maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Your Qualifications

  • 1+ year of retail management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
