Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Development Center (BDC) professionals to join our team at South Bay Mazda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a high volume of leads, with a minimum of 1000 leads per month.
  • Work closely with managers to achieve sales targets, with a minimum of 250 leads per manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BDC or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
