**Responsibilities**

• Vacuuming and dusting of all areas, including offices, common areas, and restrooms

• Mopping of all floors, including tile, wood, and carpeted areas

• Cleaning of restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors

• Removal of trash and recyclables

• Other duties as necessary, including special projects and events

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work well under minimal supervision

• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Must be able to work as a team and have excellent organizational skills

• Must be self-motivated and able to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

**Requirements**

• Be 18 years or older

• Pass a background check and drug screen test

• Have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel from site to site

• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team

• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
