Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage. Your duties will include emergency service response, water extraction, light demolition, and the placement of drying equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency service calls and assess damage to properties
  • Perform water extraction and light demolition services
  • Install and operate drying equipment to restore properties to their original condition
  • Communicate with clients and provide detailed notes on job progress
  • Follow documentation procedures and industry standards
  • Ensure all safety practices are followed at facility and job sites
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to work after normal business hours as needed
  • 1-2 years of experience in water, mold, or fire remediation preferred
  • Restoration/construction general knowledge or carpentry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, honest, hardworking, and dependable
