Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team. As a PTA, you will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying patients for rehabilitation and referring them to the Physical Therapist accordingly.
  • Document patient progress on weekly progress notes, obtaining the co-signature of the Physical Therapist.
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Complete all required documentation as indicated and according to state guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable.

Work Settings

Our Physical Therapist Assistant will work in various settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, inpatient, clinics, nursing homes, acute care, and hospitals.

Pay Range

USD $27.00 - USD $36.00 per hour.
