Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Florida Atlantic Coast Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company and educating the marketplace on our products via presentations and specification assistance. They will also be responsible for value engineering our solutions into projects and coordinating the entire sales process by providing education, consultative design services, and quotations in a defined geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lunch and learn presentations and coordinate project-specific meetings within the territory with new and existing target accounts.
  • Identify new project opportunities within the territory to establish an appropriate sales pipeline.
  • Manage the multi-stage sales process for all opportunities in the territory (budget, specification, quotation, and order).
  • Maintain real-time, up-to-date visibility within the territory through our CRM system, including sales data entry and activity tracking.
  • Create, update, and manage the annual territory sales forecast.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales forecasts for all products.
  • Professionally represent our company and establish industry credibility through involvement within industry organizations.
  • Initiate and attend appropriate business development networking opportunities (trade shows, client outings, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Technical Sales and Business Development experience.
  • Experience in stormwater management, construction, or building materials industry is beneficial.
  • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office, and other standard office software.
  • Outside Sales position with local travel in territory as required with periodic corporate meetings.
  • Ability to accommodate an in-home office and work environment.
  • Valid Driver's License, current insurance, and a good driving record.
