About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team as a Med Surg Nurse Manager in Bangor, Maine.

This 13-week contract position offers a great opportunity for experienced nurses to take on leadership responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay package for this role includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.

We offer a competitive salary range of $$113,000 - $143,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Maine.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager in a Med Surg setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
