Caregiver Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Supervisor to join our team at Sevita. As a Caregiver Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality support services are provided to individuals.
- Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related work experience.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
