Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabrication Shop Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the store with the execution of the daily business, customer engagement, store operations, talent supervision, and merchandising standards in the store.

As a key member of the store leadership team, the Fabrication Shop Supervisor will be responsible for supervising store staff and ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store with the execution of the daily business
  • Customer engagement and store operations
  • Talent supervision and merchandising standards
  • Supervise store staff and ensure customer engagement and sales results

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Open availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours
  • Walking and moving to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and recover the store
