  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a fast and efficient shopping experience
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as product offerings and pricing
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations
  • Support replenishment activities, including locate fulfillment and boutique cleanliness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology and systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking and standing (up to 8 hours)
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift)
