Director of Human Capital Job Description

Nex Level Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, LLC seeks a skilled Director of Human Capital to manage the Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, interviewing, hiring, salary negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in Human Resources, strong communication skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Human Resources department, including training, employee relations, payroll, safety procedures, and more.
  • Create and implement vital HR initiatives.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across all departments and positions.
  • Create and enforce safety policies and procedures for staff members.
  • Conduct salary surveys, interviews, and exit interviews.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of previous human resources experience is necessary.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous experience as a Director of Human Resources is desired.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
