This Talent Acquisition Manager position is a critical role in our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department's goals by ensuring employee's HR needs are met, compensation and job descriptions are consistent and compliant. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also support recruiting and new hire onboarding process, performance appraisal processes, and work with HR Manager to hone employee relations skills.
The ideal candidate will have some college experience in human resources, business, or a related field, or 3-year experience working in Human Resource field. The ability to understand HR processes, business, and quickly learn the organization's strategy is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the department's goals by: ensuring employee's HR needs are met, compensation and job descriptions are consistent and compliant.
- Supports recruiting and new hire onboarding process, performance appraisal processes.
- Works with HR Manager to hone employee relations skills.
Requirements
- Some college experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 3-year experience working in Human Resource field.
- Ability to understand HR processes, business, and quickly learn the organization's strategy.
Working Conditions
- Occasional handling/fingering, sitting.
