We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a RN Surgical Ortho Trauma unit nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- BSN degree or ADN degree with a commitment to continuing education.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
