We are seeking a dedicated Claims Processing and Pharmacy Reimbursement Specialist to join our team in Cary, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong backgrounds in pharmacy claims processing, reimbursement, and customer service within a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process healthcare information and medical claims.
- Handle healthcare billing and collection services.
- Provide financial guidance regarding hospital, HMO, and clinical services to patients, their families, and third-party representatives.
- Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and coverage for drug benefits.
- Serve as a liaison between special drug program patients and their insurance companies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of pharmacy claims and reimbursements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center setting.
- Location: Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Cary, NC.
- Availability: Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm.
- 1+ years of experience in the following areas (clearly indicated on resume): Claims Processing (Pharmacy), Reimbursement (Pharmacy), Customer Service Call Center.
As a Claims Processing and Pharmacy Reimbursement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pharmacy claims and reimbursements.
