- Significant experience in managing and developing technology solutions for multiple internal clients.
- Proven track record of driving digitalization, automation, and data adoption initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in program and delivery management, including budgets and forecasts.
- Previous front office asset management experience, with Blackrock Aladdin experience desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with good technical architecture experience beneficial.
