Job Title: RN Long Term Acute Care LTAC/Med Surg

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Med Surg settings to join our team in Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic LTAC facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients in a LTAC setting
  • Supervise care, treatment, and services of patients
  • Document patient plans of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic patient environment
  • Adhere to and support the policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of the hospital
Requirements:
  • Current RN license for the state of Colorado or a compact state
  • One year of nursing experience in a LTAC or Med Surg setting
  • Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post-trauma patients
  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
