• Repair Ding and Dent Damage: Use our proprietary process to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Enchant Customers: Review your work with customers, negotiate to gain approval, and build business.
• Train Future Wizards: Get involved in training other technicians and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Valid Driver's License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00
