About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Product team at Imprint Content. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in our execution process with Engineering, leading the planning, development, and release of cross-platform, large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution Planning: Own and facilitate sprint planning across development teams, determining and documenting project timelines and complexity.
  • Project Management: Lead execution for feature development and execution for large projects spanning across multiple platforms, languages, and internal teams in different time zones.
  • Release Planning: Ensure release planning is tracked and managed effectively, and communicated throughout the organization.
  • Capacity Planning: Work closely with Product and Engineering on capacity planning at both a high level during quarterly planning and sprint-by-sprint.
  • Team Velocity: Track team velocity and evaluate and recommend organizational updates to improve project development and delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Advocate and leverage automation to decrease manual process-related tasks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of program management experience.
  • Talent for identifying process issues and building and iterating on solutions quickly.
  • A focus on how to continuously improve team quality and output.
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with data to track team performance and synthesize recommendations.
