Senior Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our Land Development team in Warrenton, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing site plans for top brand name clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with external clients to deliver high-quality site design solutions
- Develop and perfect technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience
- Design site plans for complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to closeout
- Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards technical design expertise or project/staff management

Requirements:
- The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EI/EIT certification or Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 3+ years of experience in site civil design
- Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
