• Teaching and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and social growth.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to measure student progress, identify areas of improvement, and inform instruction.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
• Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in education, participate in professional development opportunities, and apply new knowledge and skills to improve teaching and learning.

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience and training.
• Licensure: Valid teaching license for the assigned grade level and subject area.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and proficiency in educational technology.
