Woodworking Technician

Belfort Furniture is seeking a skilled Furniture Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring and repairing furniture to its original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and service department to ensure seamless warranty repairs
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet company goals and objectives
• Order and maintain shop supplies to ensure efficient operations
• Document and report all repairs performed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the furniture industry or a related field
• Familiarity with wood, upholstery, leather, and vinyl repairs
• Proficiency in color matching and blending
• Experience with burn-in repairs and wood graining
• Ability to repair frames, replace mechanisms, and install parts
• Experience operating a spray booth
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 hours per day

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.00
