Position Overview:


The role involves designing, organizing, and executing a comprehensive educational program within a middle school setting, aimed at fostering and supporting students in realizing their academic aspirations.

This position operates under the guidance of the school principal or designated administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare, and present lesson plans and instructional resources that promote active engagement in learning.
  • Create structured work plans, lesson outlines, and assessments in line with established educational standards.
  • Guide and supervise students in utilizing educational materials and tools effectively.
  • Employ appropriate technology to enhance and tailor instruction.
  • Manage classroom behavior by setting and upholding clear rules and procedures.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's code of conduct.
  • Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and performance.
  • Monitor and support individual student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records of student development and performance.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with educational regulations.
  • Prepare reports detailing student progress and classroom activities.
  • Engage in departmental, school-wide, professional development, and parent meetings.
  • Regularly communicate important information to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student performance and needs.
  • Set and communicate clear objectives for all educational activities.
  • Organize the classroom environment for effective learning experiences.
  • Provide a diverse array of educational materials and resources for student use.
  • Assign and evaluate classwork, homework, and assessments.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of $44, $65,000.00 annually.
