We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at GPAC, a reputable organization in the commercial construction industry. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing and estimating budget costs for construction projects, including labor and material costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction projects, including labor and material costs
  • Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed to optimize project costs
  • Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets
  • Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
