Compensation and Job Type:

Type: Full-time/Seasonal
Pay: $20-$35 DOE

We Are Seeking:

We are looking for skilled operators for the following vehicles:
  • Dump Truck
  • Slurry Truck
  • Nurse Truck
  • Service Truck
  • Seal Coat Truck

Your Responsibilities:

As a Paving and Sealcoat Operator, you will:
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with D.O.T. standards.
  • Complete vehicle inspection reports and communicate any issues to your supervisor.
  • Arrive on time and foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Load and unload materials, working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Follow dispatcher instructions for daily tasks and project expectations.
  • Be available for out-of-town work and overtime, including weekends.
  • Operate modern equipment efficiently.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A valid state CDL Class A driver's license with a Medical DOT card and no active violations in the past three years.
  • The ability to pass a drug test at all times and comply with FMCSA regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL, including tanker and HAZMAT endorsements for specific positions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of driving experience for all other CDL roles.
  • The ability to work in challenging conditions, including exposure to fumes, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
  • Physical capabilities to lift and move items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • The willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (required).
