About the JobAs a Physical Therapist II at Cone Health, you will evaluate patients' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities.
This position is able to effectively and efficiently treat all patients in their clinical practice setting and complete all physical therapy job functions with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats various diagnoses and complex patients.
- Conducts thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administers therapeutic exercises and other physical therapy interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Educates patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques to improve recovery outcomes.
- Collaborates with others in developing and implementing discharge plans and recommendations for continued care.
- Monitors and documents patients' progress, treatment outcomes, and responses to interventions so that treatment plans can be adjusted as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have a minimum of three years of experience.
You should also hold a North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
