Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Dacula, Georgia.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality Physical Therapy services to patients in an Outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an Outpatient setting.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
