We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dental Insurance Specialist in the Cloquet, MN community.

Job Summary:

Assist residents with mental illness who reside in a licensed CRS home by practicing independent living skills and social boundaries. Provide supervision and mentoring to the resident, assist with budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, picking healthy meals, medication administration, and promoting healthy friendships/relationships.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in mental health is preferred. This position requires driving in our company vehicles and a strong drive to help others and create positive relationships with persons served.

Benefits:

Employer matched 401k, medical insurance, dental insurance, long term disability, employee meals, employee incentive program, employee recognition program, and Paid Time Off (PTO). A $500.00 hiring bonus is also offered, with $250 after 50 shifts worked and $250 after completed medication training.
