Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is essential in delivering fundamental patient care and assisting with daily activities. This role involves performing basic technical tasks, utilizing various medical equipment, and efficiently managing supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential patient care, including the transportation of patients and medical supplies, as well as overseeing inventory management.
  • Exhibit initiative, effectively prioritize tasks, and excel in a cooperative team setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid California CNA license.
  • Completion of BART or BLS certification within six months of employment.
  • Capability to recognize deviations from standard conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in acute care or patient support roles.
  • Familiarity with Epic and UCSD Paging & Scheduling Systems.
  • Current enrollment in a Registered Nurse program.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Certification in medical terminology.
Special Conditions:
  • Availability for flexible hours and various locations based on operational needs.
  • Subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical evaluation.

Salary Information: Annual Full Pay Range: $46,479 - $57,754 (prorated for
