Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Orthopedic and Spine Surgery department. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and preferences.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
