We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while promoting the bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, savings bonds, and cashier's checks while maintaining accurate cash balances and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience is positive.
- Teller Functions: Perform various teller functions, including receiving and processing transactions, verifying documents, and operating online teller terminals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, area personnel, and management, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and strong math and typing skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in operating business equipment, computer applications, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working ConditionsThis position requires flexibility, as working hours may vary based on the scheduled needs of the banking center. You must be able to work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and be open to working other shifts if needed.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000-$60,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
