Job Overview

The Modern Hydrogen team is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Operations Specialist to lead our team of technicians in the assembly and operation of cutting-edge piping and process machinery.

This is an onsite role with no remote work, requiring collaboration with engineers, technicians, machinists, and fabricators to drive innovation and oversee complex projects.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $40.00/hour, based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, training, certifications/licenses, and other business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of technicians in the assembly of piping and process machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial controls per drawings/schematics.
  • Collaborating with managers on project scheduling and resource planning.
  • Testing, commissioning, and operation of test stands and pilot plants by following work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical feedback on complex assemblies.
Requirements
  • A.A. or B.S. in Engineering or Science, or trade school certificate with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4-5+ years of industry experience in oil and gas, chemical processing, custom machinery/automation equipment.
  • Basic fabrication skills with intermediate knowledge of electro-mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, PLC).
