Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a High Acuity/ICU RN. This is a 12-hour variable shift position, requiring 36 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care or ICU setting
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Please note that candidates who have previously worked for a Providence-affiliated facility as permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for a minimum of 6 months to qualify for this travel contract. Additionally, candidates' permanent addresses cannot be within 50 miles of the facility.
