Job Summary

The PT Service Associate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and team members. This role is responsible for bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, restocking coolers, and collecting trash.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Bag items at checkout, restock returns, and retrieve carts from the parking lot.
* Vacuum the front-end, restock coolers, and collect trash.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end, stockroom, and parking lot.

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
* Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
* Must be able to perform all job functions safely.

Physical Requirements

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
* Job cycles: continual max.
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
* Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
* Max pull static: 20 lbs.
