Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team in an acute care imaging setting. As an integral member of our department, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergent imaging procedures according to established policies and protocols.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in interventional radiology to make a meaningful impact on patient care. As an Imaging Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergent imaging procedures according to established policies and protocols
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives
- Assist others in meeting department responsibilities and goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two years of experience as an Imaging Technologist in an acute care imaging setting
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations
- Able to work at a fast pace and prioritize multiple assignments/projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A Florida License as a General Radiographer (RAD) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Education
Prior to applying for this position, we require all candidates to hold a degree from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology and meet the educational requirements outlined below:
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
